RiffWorks offers a Riff-based workflow, where looped guitar tracks with professional drum loops and effects are instantly recorded as layers. The interface looks like gear, not like a complicated DAW. RiffWorks is fun and productive because the focus is on playing, not engineering.

With guitar friendly features such as a unique InstantDrummer, 7 effects plus AmpliTube 2 Live, and RiffWorks' community services like built-in online collaboration with RiffLink and instant "RiffCasting" on RiffWorld.com, RiffWorks is the most creative recording system ever produced.

QUICK STEPS TO CREATE A SONG

To prepare for recording in RiffWorks click the PLAY button in the RIFF RECORDER.
Click on AMP and set up a great guitar tone.
Click on the BACKUPS tab, then INSTANTDRUMMER. Choose a SESSION and PART.
Click on the LAYERS tab.
Arm JUNT to set the tempo with your guitar and start recording automatically. Or set the tempo manually and click the big red RECORD button.
Each recorded loop is saved as a layer within a Riff.
Record multiple takes or layer parts while staying in the creative flow.
Each Riff is represented by a colored brick in the RIFFS list. Each Riff can have a different DRUMMER, TEMPO, LENGTH and RIFF EFFECTS.
Experiment with song structure by dragging Riffs into the SONG TIMELINE.
Save as a RiffWorks file, mix as WAV or OGG, and RIFFCAST to RiffWorld.com.
Collaborate online with others using RIFFLINK.

RiffLink Online Jamming
Record and collaborate with musicians from all over the world using the RiffLink interface integrated into RiffWorks. Any musician can join your session and work with you at the same time on the same song. There's even a built-in chat client.Thanks to loop recording, RiffWorks has no latency or distance problems like some other online music collaboration programs. Each RiffWorks layer is instantly streamed to other current users as well as saved on the server for users who wish to contribute later.
